May Hypnobirthing Group Course

This is a 12 hour course split up over two Saturdays, Saturday the 4th & Saturday the 11th

the classes start at 10.00am to 5.00pm 

The course will be taught by Nikki Kruse - Certified Birth Doula and Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner.

Here is what you can expect from the course -

Birh mother and partner will learn all the Hypnobirthing tools and tecqunices to help prepare for your positive bith.

When you learn hypnobirthing, the birth of your baby can be a more calm and relaxed experience, one where you are in the driver’s seat, rather than feeling like a passenger, regardless of how your baby decides to enter this world (be it naturally or via c-section).

In your hypnobirthing classes, you will learn breathing, relaxation, massage, acupressure, and self-hypnosis techniques, along with knowledge and tools to assist you in making well-informed decisions while pregnant, during birth, and beyond. You will also connect with other couples attendeing the course and have the chance to keep in contact after the course has finished!

 What the Course Includes: 

• 12-hours of tuition for the birthing mother and birth partner
• ‘Positive Birth Program’ Booklet for class
• Access to comprehensive online resources (a collection of mp3 tracks for pregnancy and birth, eBook, practice videos, birth videos, pdf downloads, extra reading)
• Ongoing support from me Birth Coach Nikki , I am more than happy for couples to contact me throughout thier Pregnancy and parenthood Journey.       

10% of all bookings goes towards Health checks for prenatal and postnal mums in remote villeges in Bali.
