Support that meets you where you are and walks with you through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Pregnancy isn’t something to rush through or figure out perfectly.
It’s a deeply personal journey, one that unfolds over time, shaped by how supported, informed, and held you feel along the way.

I offer a small number of ways to work together, each designed to meet you at a different level of support, from gentle self-paced guidance to deeply held, in-person care.

There’s no “right” choice here.
Only what feels right for you, your body, and this season of your life.

The Held Journey

Investment: $2,997 
 

This is my most comprehensive offering created for mothers who want to feel deeply held, nourished, and supported through pregnancy and birth, with a gentle, intentional transition into the postpartum period.

Alongside pregnancy and birth support, you’ll be guided through a gentle postpartum debrief and preparation,  practical nourishment for your first week home, and a postpartum care kit to support recovery and rest.

Payment options are available $150 deposit secures your dates.

    • 24/7 contact two weeks prior to your estimate due date, up until your birth 

    • My continual support through your labour and birth, I will meet you at your home or Hospital /Birth centre

    • The Bare Essentials Care Kit (Postpartum care kit)          

    • A Made for Mothers - Postpartum food package  to help nourish you in the first week home

    • I am contactable at any time for any concerns or questions that you or your partner may have. I am always just a phone call away whenever you have any questions

    • Optional extra - Preparing you for your Fourth Trimester Workshop, a 2.5-hour postpartum preparation workshop face-to-face over Zoom(delivered by a trusted external provider)

The Guided Pathway - Virtual Doula

This option is ideal if you’re seeking personalised guidance and emotional support, with the flexibility of meeting online.

You’ll receive one-on-one care alongside a structured journey without needing in-person support.
