The Held Journey
Investment: $3,000. This Package is perfect if you have had a positive birth experience previously or have already attended a childbirth education class.
In-person doula support throughout pregnancy, labour, and birth.
The Held Journey provides consistent, supportive care as you and your birth partner prepare for the arrival of your baby.
During pregnancy, we spend time exploring your hopes for birth, understanding your options, and preparing practical tools that will support you during labour. I also help your birth partner feel confident in their role, offering guidance on how they can support you throughout the experience.
When labour begins, I remain by your side providing reassurance, comfort techniques, and calm guidance for both you and your partner.
This journey ensures you feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout pregnancy, labour, and birth.
Payment options are available $150 deposit secures your dates.

This is my most comprehensive offering, created for parents who want to feel deeply supported, prepared, and confident as they move through pregnancy, labour, and birth.
As part of this journey, you and your birth partner will attend a full-day Hypnobirthing Australia™ course, giving you practical tools, knowledge, and confidence as you prepare for labour.
Throughout pregnancy, we spend time exploring your hopes for birth, understanding your options, and preparing techniques that will support you during labour. Your birth partner is also guided in how they can actively support you, helping them feel calm, confident, and involved throughout the experience.
