You and your partner will learn all of the Hypnobirthing techniques,

While in the comfort of this calm and relaxing studio. 

You have a choice of a Monday or Friday.

(Sunday classes have now been added for 2024)

Hi Mamas and partners, Congratulations on your pregnancy! This is a very exciting time however it can also leave you with many questions.

The Hypnobirthing Australia classes prepare you with the knowledge, confidence and tools you need to birth calmly. Birth can, and should be, a positive experience – one that you will always want to remember!

Come and join in on a Monday or Friday course to learn all the Hypnobirthing tools and techniques. The Hypnobirthing positive birth program is Located in Byron Bay. The full length of the course is 12 hours split up over 4 x 3 hour session .
