Hi Mamas, Congratulations on your pregnancy ! This is a very exciting time however it can also leave you with a lot of questions.

Once you have attended the Positive Birth Program you will feel armed with knowledge and empowered to make your own informed choices for your pregnancy, labour and birth.

The Hypnobirthing Australia classes prepare you with the knowledge, confidence and tools you need to birth calmly. Birth can, and should be, a positive experience – one that you will always want to remember!

Come and join in on a beautiful weekend and learn all the Hypnobirthing tools and techniques. The Saturday Positive Birth Program is Located in Byron Bay. The full length of the course is 12 hours split up over two consecutive Sundays 10 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break & morning and afternoon break.
